Legal matters
Questions about the terms or notices addressed to the company.
Intellectual-property complaints
Use the subject "Intellectual property complaint" and include the details set out in the Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy.
Formal complaints and disputes
If we have not resolved something, write to us with the subject "Complaint" and what outcome you want. We will review it and tell you the result and the reasons. You keep any right to take the matter to the courts or a competent authority.
