Who we are
Madeizzy is operated by CyberSafeHills & Partners Ltd, a company in the Republic of Rwanda ("Madeizzy", "we", "us"). Our contact details are on the Contact page.
In these terms, a "buyer" is a person who obtains a product, a "creator" is an approved individual, expert or business that lists products, and a "product" is a digital item or electronically delivered benefit listed on Madeizzy.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account, obtaining a product or paying on Madeizzy, you agree to these terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Before a paid purchase you are asked to tick a box confirming that you accept the Marketplace Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We record the versions you accepted and when.
Madeizzy's role
Madeizzy provides the marketplace, the checkout, the buyer Library and the delivery of product files and access. Products are created and described by creators, who are responsible for their content. Some products are published by Madeizzy itself; those are identified on the product page.
The product page identifies who offers each product. Payments are collected through our payment provider and the resulting order is recorded by Madeizzy. Receipts and order details are available in your account.
Buyer accounts and sign-in
Madeizzy uses passwordless sign-in: we send a confirmation link or code to your email address. Anyone who can read that email can sign in, so keep your mailbox secure. You must confirm your email before you can pay.
Access you obtain before or without an account is attached to your confirmed email address when you claim it. If you lose access to that mailbox, contact us and we will help you verify your identity before changing anything.
You must give accurate information and must not share your account or your download links.
Product listings
Creators must describe products accurately, including what is delivered, the format, and any limits on use. We may review, refuse, edit the presentation of, or remove listings under the Acceptable Use Policy. A product page is not a guarantee of results; earnings, career or financial outcomes depend on you.
Buying a product
Your order is created when you start checkout for a product. It is accepted when the payment provider confirms your payment and Madeizzy has verified it. Until then the order is pending.
If a product is free, no payment is taken and the product is added to your Library when you claim it.
Prices, currency and tax
Prices are shown in Rwandan francs (RWF) before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Any tax or additional charge that applies will be shown before payment. Your bank, card issuer or mobile-money provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates, which we do not control.
Payment
Payments are processed by DPO Pay on its own secure page. You enter your payment details with DPO Pay, not with Madeizzy; we do not receive or store your full card number or mobile-money credentials. DPO Pay's terms and privacy notice apply to its service.
A payment may be pending, failed, duplicated or reversed. A pending payment does not give access until it is verified. If a payment fails, you have not bought the product. If you are charged twice for the same order, contact us and the duplicate will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If a payment is reversed, we may withdraw the access it paid for.
Delivery and your Library
Products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, delivery is an entitlement in your Library, files you can download, online content you can open, or another electronic benefit described on the product page.
Download links are signed and expire after a few minutes; open your Library again to get a fresh link. Access lasts as described on the product page and while your entitlement is active. We may withdraw access if a payment is reversed, a refund is completed with access removal, or the product is removed for a legal or safety reason.
Files are checked before delivery. If a file is held for checking, the Library says so and the product may be only partly available until checking finishes.
Your licence
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the purposes described on its page. Unless the page says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, publish, share or sublicense the product, remove notices, or use it to train other products for sale. The creator or Madeizzy keeps all intellectual-property rights.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and contact details.
- Keep your sign-in email and download links private.
- Check the product description, format and compatibility before buying.
- Do not misuse checkout, bypass access controls, or abuse refunds or chargebacks.
Creator responsibilities
Creators are bound by the Creator Terms. They must own or be licensed to sell what they list, describe it accurately, deliver it as described and respond to buyer questions.
Subscriptions, memberships and services
Madeizzy currently sells digital products. It does not currently offer recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals or scheduled appointments. If we add them, they will carry their own renewal and cancellation terms shown before payment.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please contact us before starting a dispute with your bank or payment provider so we can try to resolve it. A chargeback may lead to access being withdrawn while it is investigated.
Prohibited conduct
You must follow the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Products Policy. In particular, you must not commit fraud, misuse another person's payment method, upload harmful files, or interfere with the service or its security.
Reviews and ratings
Where reviews are offered, they must be honest, based on your own experience, and not paid for or manipulated. We may moderate or remove reviews that break these rules.
Restriction, suspension and removal
We may restrict or suspend an account, withhold access, or remove a product if we reasonably believe these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy were broken, to comply with law, or to protect buyers, creators or the platform. Where practical we tell you why and how to appeal.
Availability and third parties
We aim to keep Madeizzy available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Madeizzy relies on third-party services such as hosting, email and payment processing; they may fail or change outside our control.
Warranties and liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Rwandan law that cannot be limited by agreement, including consumer rights where they apply. Subject to that, Madeizzy provides the service with reasonable care and skill, does not guarantee that any product will achieve a particular result, and is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of a product.
You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of Madeizzy, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update the platform and these terms. Each version has a number and effective date. Material changes are notified in advance where practical and do not change a purchase you have already completed.
Notices and governing law
We send notices to the email address on your account and may also show them in Madeizzy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. We encourage you to raise any problem with us first through the Contact page so we can try to resolve it; this does not remove your right to use the courts or any complaint route the law gives you.
