Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy

Madeizzy respects creators' and rights holders' work. If you believe a product on Madeizzy infringes your intellectual-property rights, this policy explains how to tell us and what happens next. This is Madeizzy's own procedure, not a foreign statutory process.

How to report

Send your report through the Contact page or to info@cybersafehills.com with the subject "Intellectual property complaint".

What to include

  • Your name, contact details and, if you act for someone else, your authority.
  • A description of the work you say is infringed, and proof that you own or control the rights.
  • The exact Madeizzy page or product you are complaining about.
  • An explanation of why it infringes.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

How we review

We check that the report is complete and may ask for more information. Where a report appears valid, we may temporarily remove or restrict the product while we look into it, and we tell the creator what was reported and why.

Response and appeal

The creator can respond with evidence that they have the right to sell the product. We consider both sides and decide whether to restore the product, keep it removed or ask for changes. Either party may ask for our decision to be reviewed with new information. Nothing here stops you from using the courts.

Repeat infringement

Creators who repeatedly infringe rights may have products removed and their accounts terminated.

False or abusive reports

Knowingly false or abusive reports can lead to us ignoring future reports from that sender and, in serious cases, to other action.
